Every item at Dear Cassy is made just for you — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be bought. Because of this, please allow a little extra time compared to typical retail shopping:

• Production time: 2-5 business days to print and prepare your order
• Shipping time (US): 3-5 business days once your order ships
• Total estimated delivery: 5-10 business days from the time you place your order

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey to you.
